Warranty Coverage We do not offer a separate, extended manufacturer’s warranty beyond our standard customer support. However, we do provide a 30-Day Quality Guarantee for all items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at Hello@arklamp.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
