Shipping & Delivery

 How long will it take to receive my order? Our total estimated delivery window is 10 to 20 business days, which includes 3 days for order processing and 7–17 days for transit within the courier network.

 How can I track my package? Every order includes tracking; a tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

 What if my order is delayed? If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at Hello@arklamp.com so we can investigate the status and provide a resolution.

 Are there customs or import duties? Yes, international customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or clearance taxes imposed by their regional government.

Returns & Refunds

 What is your return policy? You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

 Is there a restocking fee? Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to returns to cover processing and inspection costs, though this is waived if your order arrives later than our 20-business-day estimated delivery window.

 What if my item arrives damaged? We offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee; if an item is defective, damaged, or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 How do I initiate a return? Please contact our support team at Hello@arklamp.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and instructions.

 How long do refunds take? Once we receive and approve your return, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Installation & Usage

 Can I install the lighting myself? No, ArkLamps requires that all electrical products be installed exclusively by a licensed and qualified professional electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.

 Are your products code-compliant? Our products are manufactured to international standards; however, customers must ensure that installations align with their specific local residential or commercial building regulations.
